Maintenance Service & Repair

Scheduled maintenance and fast repair for wells, pumps, pressure systems, purification equipment and septic systems.

No water, no pressure, or something does not sound right

Most calls we get are one of a handful of things: a failed pump, a waterlogged pressure tank, a bad pressure switch or control box, a broken line, a clogged filter, or a septic system that has not been pumped in too many years. We diagnose it on site and tell you what it will take to fix before we start.

What we service

  • Submersible and jet pumps — testing, pulling, repair and replacement
  • Pressure tanks, switches, control boxes and constant-pressure controls
  • Water lines, hydrants, valves and leak location
  • Softeners, filters, UV lamps and reverse osmosis membranes
  • Cistern pumps, floats and level monitors
  • Septic tanks, lids, risers, baffles and leach field issues

Maintenance that prevents the emergency call

Filters and UV lamps on a schedule, annual pressure and flow checks, septic pumped on the right interval for your household size. It is cheaper than a failure in February, and it is the difference between equipment that lasts ten years and equipment that lasts twenty.

Septic basics for new owners

Pump the tank every three to five years, keep vehicles off the leach field, do not put wipes, grease or chemicals down the drain, and spread out your laundry loads. Slow drains, wet ground over the field or a smell outside are early warnings — call before it backs up into the house.

Pump controls and valves inside a well vault

Diagnosed on site, before anything is replaced

Controls, pressure switches and pumps get tested where they sit. Most service calls are finished in a single visit.

What we repair

Diagnosed on site before anything gets replaced

Pumps

Submersible and jet pumps tested, pulled, repaired or replaced — usually in a single visit.

Pressure and controls

Waterlogged tanks, failed pressure switches, control boxes and constant-pressure drives.

Lines and hydrants

Leak location, broken line repair, frozen and failed yard hydrants, valves and fittings.

Treatment equipment

Filter and media changes, UV lamps, RO membranes, softener valves and resin.

Cisterns

Booster pumps, floats, level monitors and fill lines that stopped keeping up.

Septic

Lids and risers, baffles, tank pumping intervals and leach field troubleshooting.

Call before it turns into a replacement

Any of these usually means something is failing, not failed. Caught early it is a service call instead of a new system.

  • Pressure that drops off in the shower or fades through the day
  • The pump running more often, or running and never shutting off
  • Air spitting from the taps, or water that suddenly runs cloudy
  • A change in taste, smell or staining on fixtures
  • Slow drains through the whole house, not just one fixture
  • Wet ground, lush grass or odor over the leach field
  • A breaker that trips when the pump kicks on
  • No record of the septic tank being pumped in five years or more
